- Password: PARMLS — you'll be prompted to create a unique password on first login
Central Panhandle (formerly Bay County)
- Username:
bc.ec.n+ your current ECN username (e.g.ecn.n1234→bc.ec.n1234) - Password:
bcnow(all lowercase)
Important. A user cannot be logged into both the ECN system and the
BC system in the same browser at the same time — your logins will terminate each
other. We recommend dedicating a browser you don't normally use to the BC system.
